Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. What you're buying

TheShipStack is a one-time purchase of a software starter kit. Upon purchase, you receive access to a private GitHub repository containing the full source code. You own the code and may use it for any number of personal or commercial projects.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code. You may build and ship unlimited products on top of it. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the starter kit itself — in whole or in part — as a competing product or template.

3. Lifetime updates

Lifetime updates means you will receive access to future updates pushed to the private repository for as long as the product exists. We do not guarantee a specific update cadence. Updates may include new features, dependency upgrades, bug fixes, and security patches.

4. Refunds

Because you receive immediate access to the source code upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you have questions about whether TheShipStack is right for your project before buying, reach out at hello@theshipstack.com.

5. Disclaimer

TheShipStack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about fitness for a particular purpose or that the code will be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing the code before deploying to production.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheShipStack and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
